Sadly, we had to postpone our Jumpapalooza show this past weekend due to the significant amounts of rainfall we received on Saturday. Jumpapalooza THIS WEEKEND!!

THIS WEEKEND is our Annual Jumpapalooza event at the farm! Come out this Sunday, June 28th starting at 9am!  You can jump the stadium course, the XC course, or both as the "Jumpapalooza" We are also offering PRIZES FOR CLEAR ROUNDS!!!  Only $10/round! We love this photo of Southwind boarder Janet Andres and her mare Heat Wave competing at Seneca Valley Pony Club Horse Trials two weekends ago! They went on to finish 4th in a Senior Novice Rider division!

Also, we want to welcome the newest member to the Southwind Farm family, Libby! 

Congrats to boarder Jennifer & Cally and Cody turns one!

This past weekend Southwind boarder Jennifer and her mare Cally, made their big move-up to the 3' hunter divisions at the MSA "C" show at the PG Equestrian Center!  Jennifer said that Cally was a little nervous about the bigger, new fences, but she really rose to the occasion and by the end of the day was feeling like an old pro.  The pair finished with two 3rds in the Thoroughbred Hunters over fences, and a 4th and two 5ths in the Adult Amateur hunters!  Jennifer said that she was very proud of how well she went, and with how nicely they did our first time out at that height, and at a rated show to boot! Way to go Jennifer & Cally!

Also this past weekend, our baby horse Cody turned 1 year old! He is growing up quite nicely and a barn favorite!

Fun-filled Weekend

Good Monday Morning!

This past weekend was a fun and busy one. On Friday, Sheri's youngest daughter, Jenny, graduated from Damascus High. Congratulations Jenny, we know you are on your way to great things :)

Sunday, members of the farm got together to have a jump painting day! All worked really hard to get the jumps looking great again. THANK YOU again to everyone who came out and helped!
